§ 30-108.3. Authority of city manager to promulgate policies.

The city manager shall be authorized to promulgate special event policies and procedures for the administration of special event or public assembly permits which shall not be inconsistent with the terms of this article or the guarantees of the Constitution of Virginia or the Constitution of the United States. Violation of any condition of a permit shall be a violation of this section.
