§ 34-23. Inspection; repair of unsafe vehicles.

The city manager shall, from time to time, cause to be made an inspection of each urban mass transit bus. If any such vehicle shall be found unsafe or unfit for operation, notice shall be given to the holder of the certificate of convenience and necessity issued under this article for such vehicle, and such vehicle shall not be operated thereafter until the same has been put in safe and fit condition.
