§ 34-27. Violations of sections 34-24 through 34-26.

Any violation of sections 34-24 through 34-26 shall constitute a Class 4 misdemeanor and both the owner and the driver of the urban mass transit bus involved shall be responsible for such violation, except that the owner shall not be responsible for failure to account for lost property of which he has no knowledge.
