The city manager may revoke, for cause, any certificate of convenience and necessity
issued under this division, but such action shall be subject to review and reversal
by the city council, provided the holder thereof petitions the city council for a
hearing within ten (10) days after the mailing to him of written notice of such revocation
by the city manager, at the holder's last known address. All privileges under such
certificate shall be suspended from the time of revocation by the city manager until
such time as the city council reverses the action of the city manager in revoking
such certificate.
