§ 34-63. Rules and regulations of city manager.

The city manager is authorized and directed to make and enforce such rules and regulations, not in conflict with the provisions of this article, as he may deem proper to regulate the operation of public vehicles; provided, that no such regulation shall be made or enforced in conflict with chapter 20 of this Code.
