§ 34-143. Suspension or revocation.

(a)

A permit issued under the provisions of this article may be revoked or suspended for a specified period of time by the city manager if the holder thereof has violated any of the provisions of this article or any ordinance of the city or any federal or state law, the violation of which reflects unfavorably on the fitness of the holder of the permit to offer service.

(b)

Prior to suspension or revocation, the holder shall be given reasonable notice of the proposed action to be taken and shall have an opportunity to present to the city manager evidence as to why the permit should not be revoked or suspended.
