§ 34-148. Driver's license.

Latest version.

No person shall operate a horse-drawn vehicle on the streets of the city unless and until they have obtained from the city manager a special license to be known as a "horse-drawn vehicle operator's license". The procedure and requirements for obtaining such a license shall be as set out in section 34-110 et seq. of this Code.
