§ 35-20. Entering or remaining in watershed area prohibited during certain hours.

(a)

No person shall go upon, or remain upon, any part of the Carvins Cove Natural Reserve between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. from April 1 through October 31 of any calendar year, and no person shall go upon, or remain upon, any part of the Carvins Cove Natural Reserve between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. from November 1 through March 31 of any calendar year.

(b)

This section shall not apply to city employees when engaged in the performance of their duties.
