§ 19. General provisions relating to elections; how elections conducted.

Latest version.

All elections provided for in this charter, except as otherwise provided herein, shall be conducted, and the result canvassed and certified by the regular election officials provided for by the general election laws of the state and all such elections shall be governed by the general election laws.
