§ 15-24. Entry, inspections, and records.

(a)

The health director, or his designee, shall have the right to enter any property to conduct inspections and to ensure compliance with this article.

(b)

Records and forms shall be maintained up-to-date and shall be available for inspection at all times while the public swimming pool is in use.
