Any institution, club, organization or place of accommodation which (i) has more than
two hundred (200) members, (ii) provides regular meal service and (iii) regularly
accepts payment for dues, fees, use of space, facilities, services, meals or beverages,
directly or indirectly, from or on behalf of nonmembers for the furtherance of trade
or business shall be considered a place of public accommodation for purposes of this
article, and shall not discriminate on account of race, color, national origin, creed,
religion, or sex, in determining its membership, or in providing full enjoyment of
its accommodations, facilities and services.
