§ 21-28. Placing advertising matter on or in vehicle of another.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place in, or attach to or on, or cause to be placed in, or attached to or on, any motor vehicle any handbill or other advertising matter, without the consent of the owner of such vehicle. A violation of this section shall constitute a Class 4 misdemeanor.
