§ 21-43. Operation of drive-in theaters prohibited between certain hours.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or participate in the conduct of any drive-in theater or other public entertainment within the city, between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., where any members of the audience are required or permitted to view or participate in such entertainment from parked automobiles or any other private vehicular conveyance. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
