§ 21-45. Urinating, defecating in public.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in or on any sidewalk, street or in any public place, or in any place where other persons are present, unless such urination or defecation be in a bathroom, restroom or other facility specifically designed for such purpose.

(b)

Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
