§ 21-6. Minors prohibited in poolrooms.

  • (a)

    No minor shall frequent, play in or loiter in any public poolroom or billiard room, or be permitted by the proprietor thereof or his agent, to frequent, play in or loiter in any public poolroom or billiard room located in the city.

    (b)

    The proprietor or manager of each place referred to in subsection (a) above shall have posted conspicuously, at or near the entrance of such place, a sign in bold letters not less than two (2) inches in height reading as follows: "No person under 18 years of age allowed."

    (c)

    Any person violating any provision of this section shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
