§ 21-79. Minors carrying guns.

It shall be unlawful for any minor to carry about his person, concealed or otherwise, along or within any of the public streets, public parks or public places within the city, any gun, rifle or pistol, including air and "BB" guns and pistols, unless constantly accompanied by a parent, guardian or adult official of an organized youth club or organization. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
