Latest version.
  • (a)

If the city manager finds that a massage parlor, for which a massage parlor permit has been issued under this division, does not conform to the standards set forth in this article, or the permittee has refused the city manager the right to enter the premises to enforce the provisions of this article, he may enter an order for the immediate suspension of the massage parlor permit until such time as he finds that the reason for such suspension no longer exists. A copy of the order shall be sent to the permittee at his place of business by certified mail, which order shall set forth the reasons for the suspension. No person shall operate a massage parlor which is subject to such an order of suspension.

    (b)

The city manager may reinstate a suspended massage parlor permit when no fact or condition exists which would otherwise warrant the city manager to refuse to grant a massage parlor permit under the terms of this article.
