Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 24-10. Police protection for performances or exhibitions.

Whenever special police officers or watchmen are employed for duty at any public building or facility, in connection with any performance or exhibition, payment for the same shall be made by the lessee or other person responsible for such performance or exhibition; provided, however, that at all football games held at Victory Stadium such police protection as is deemed adequate by the city manager shall be provided by the city.
