§ 24-5. Concessions.

Unless otherwise specified by the council, the payment of the prescribed rates and charges for the use of city armories, athletic fields, buildings and other facilities for performances, exhibitions and other activities shall not entitle the payor to any concession privileges, and the city manager is authorized to publicly advertise for sealed bids, on a lump sum or percentage basis, for such concessions.
