Each lessee of the facilities of the National Guard Armory or any other armory owned
by the city shall procure his own liability insurance, in amounts of not less than
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) for one (1) person and one hundred thousand dollars
($100,000.00) for one (1) accident. A certificate or policy of such insurance, acceptable
to the city manager, shall be deposited with the city clerk not less than twenty-four
(24) hours prior to the time of the activity or performance covered.
