§ 24-25. Bonds for certain personnel.

  • The general manager of the civic center, the assistant general manager of the civic center, the box office manager and the head box office cashier shall provide, and shall keep in effect at all times in the office of the city clerk, employee dishonesty bonds, written by a surety company authorized to do business in the state and approved as a surety by the director of finance, payable to the city in penalties of not less than two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00) each, conditioned upon faithful performance of their respective duties under this article and faithful accounting for all funds coming into their hands under this article, the form of such bonds to be approved by the city attorney.
