§ 24-67. License or authorization prerequisite to occupancy of market space.

Latest version.

No person shall occupy any market space for the sale of any articles or things for which a license tax is required by this Code until such person has obtained any required license or authorization for such privilege from the commissioner of the revenue or from any other required federal, state or local governmental agency.
