Persons engaged in art and craft skills may sell in market spaces designated by the
city manager those art and craft items which have been approved by the city manager
pursuant to the rules and regulations authorized by section 24-77 below. Each person selling art and craft items on the city market, in addition to
market space fee charges, shall pay the appropriate city license tax and at the request
of the city manager shall certify, by a sworn affidavit, that such items to be sold
were fashioned by such person, their employee, or a family member.
