§ 24-76. Requirement of a license or permit; prohibited uses of spaces and tables; penalties.
(a)
Market spaces shall be used only by persons, including their agents and employees, possessing a valid license or permit issued by the city manager.
(b)
No person shall sit or lie on or under market tables or make any use of any market space other than those uses authorized by this article or by a valid license or permit issued by the city manager.
(c)
Violation of this section shall constitute a class 4 misdemeanor. A second or subsequent violation of this section shall constitute a class 2 misdemeanor.
