There is hereby established a Mill Mountain Advisory Board to be comprised of nine
(9) members none of whom shall be a member of city council. One (1) member shall be
a member of the Mill Mountain Garden Club; one (1) member shall be a member of the
Mill Mountain Zoo, and one (1) member shall be a representative of the Fishburn family.
In the event that no individual from one (1) or more of these three (3) groups is
willing or available to serve as a member of the board, city council shall appoint
a person without such qualification to serve for each such position for which the
designated group has no candidate for a position on the board. Pursuant to section 2-282 of the code of the city, the mayor shall serve ex officio, as a nonvoting member.
The presence or absence of the mayor shall not be counted in determining a quorum.
