§ 2-58. Definitions.

As used in this article, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:

Commission. The word "commission" shall mean the personnel and employment practices commission.

Department. The word "department" shall mean the department of human resources.

Director. The word "director" shall mean the director of the department of human resources.
