§ 2-90. Investigations and reports; authority to administer oaths.

(a)

It shall be the duty of the commission to investigate any or all matters relating to conditions of employment in the service of the city and to make such reports as are deemed necessary.

(b)

In conducting investigations and hearings pursuant to this article, the commission, or a panel of such commission, shall be authorized to administer oaths.
