§ 2-154. Published ordinances to have clerk's attestation.

No city officer shall cause a printed publication to be made of any city ordinance or part thereof, without having first submitted the printer's proof thereof to the city clerk for his attestation, which attestation shall be included on the printed matter, otherwise such publication shall not be deemed official.
