§ 5.1-4. Permit—Application.

Latest version.

Any person who desires a permit shall file a sworn application with the city manager on a form prepared and provided for that purpose by the city manager. The application shall include evidence of compliance with the terms and provisions of this chapter and such other information as may be required by the city manager.
