§ 6-1.1. City pound generally.

The city manager shall designate the location for the city pound, and the city manager shall provide suitable pens, enclosures and buildings at such pound. It shall be the duty of the animal wardens to see that all dogs or other animals, impounded in the city pound are adequately fed, watered, sheltered and otherwise humanely treated.
