§ 6-13. Cleaning up after animals.

Latest version.

Any person who is the owner, as defined by section 6-22 of this chapter, of any animal shall promptly remove and properly dispose of all feces left by such animal on any public property or on any private property not owned by such person or not lawfully occupied by such person.
