§ 6-3. City designated as bird sanctuary.

The area within the corporate limits of the city is hereby designated and established as a bird sanctuary and the city manager is authorized to cause to be erected, with such funds as are appropriated by the council for the purpose, at major highway entrances to the city and at other appropriate places, appropriate signs or plaques designating the city as a bird sanctuary.
