§ 34-39. Required.

Latest version.

No license for the operation of an urban mass transit bus shall be issued under chapter 19 of this Code, nor shall any urban mass transit bus be operated on the streets of the city, unless the city manager has issued a certificate that public convenience and necessity require the operation thereof.
