§ 24-4. Rates and charges for use of public buildings and facilities.

The rates and charges to be paid and collected for the use of the public markets and market areas of the city, and any other public facility or building not otherwise specifically provided for shall be such as are prescribed, from time to time, by the city manager and published in the city's fee compendium.
