§ 6-4. Killing, injuring, etc., songbirds or wild game birds.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person, intentionally, to kill, injure, molest or, without official license, trap a songbird or wild game bird, or to rob or unnecessarily disturb the nest of any such bird, within the corporate limits of the city.
